Right on the Nail ~ Ever After Polish Swatches and Review: Sashay

Ever After Polish Sashay (3 coats)

Sashay from Ever After Polish was sold out for a bit, but Rachel just brought it back until Friday through a pre-order (retails for $10.50). It's a pink crelly color with tons of multichrome flakes and gold shimmer. Seriously, the flakes are intense in this polish! It reminds me a bit of the Marie Antoinette collection from GlitterDaze that was released earlier in 2015. I wanted to get some of those, but they are $12 each which is a little too rich for my blood. The formula and application was very similar to Stuffed from the other day. It applied just fine, but it is pretty sheer.

Right on the Nail ~ Ever After Polish Thanksgiving Mystery Polish Swatches and Review: Stuffed

Ever After Polish Stuffed (3 coats)

Hi guys! Tonight I have the Ever After Thanksgiving Mystery polish called Stuffed. Surprise, it's still available for purchase on their website for $10.50! It's an aqua blue shimmer color with blue/green flakes and bronze glitter. It's just such an interesting polish and I kept looking at my nails all day long. The application was smooth, but it was pretty sheer, even with 3 thin coats. I didn't use a base color, but if you want to use Stuffed sparingly, I'm sure you could do so.

Make sure to look at their website because there are several polishes on pre-order right now (and there's also a Valentine's Day trio that will be available for pre-order on Jan. 31st). Find out more on their websiteFacebook page and fan groupTwitter, and Instagram.

Right on the Nail ~ Ever After Polish Halloween 2015 Swatches and Review: Hocus Pocus

Ever After Polish Hocus Pocus (2 coats)

Greetings from Cambodia! I have a few more Ever After polishes to show you so bear with me. It seems that everyone was talking about the movie Hocus Pocus this past Halloween. I mean, I've seen it, but I don't really remember how great it is. I think I liked it when I watched it back in the 90s. The polish called Hocus Pocus is an emerald holographic polish with lots of white/light grey flakes. It's a linear holo, but fairly subtle unless in bright light. I used 2 easy coats for full coverage. I must say, so far I'm really impressed with Ever After's formula.

I think this color is sold out right now on the Ever After website, but it may be for sale in the future so keep an eye out. Find out more on their websiteFacebook page and fan groupTwitter, and Instagram.

Right on the Nail ~ Ever After Polish Facebook Fan Group Custom Color Swatches and Review: Enchanted Glade

Ever After Polish Enchanted Glade (3 coats)

I LEAVE FOR CAMBODIA EARLY THURSDAY! Yes, this Thursday, as in a day and a half. I'm freaking out a bit, but that always happens before a big research trip for work. I won't be back for 2 weeks, but I hope to at least have a couple of posts up to tie you over. On a lighter note, I am excited to show you guys an Ever After Polish Facebook Fan Group Custom in Enchanted Glade. It's a beautiful magenta holo polish with blue and purple flakes and microglitter. You can get away with 2 thick coats or 3 thin coats which is what I chose to do for the swatches above. It had a lovely formula that dried with a little texture from the glitter so make sure to use a thick topcoat.

You must be a part of their Facebook Fan group to purchase this one so come join us now! It is a bit pricey at $11, but I bought these polishes during their 25% off sale so I think it's worth it. Find out more on their websiteFacebook page and fan groupTwitter, and Instagram.

I just joined their Facebook group recently and it's so fun to see all the swatches. I ordered during the sale they had for Black Friday so I have several colors to show you. Shall we see what they had in store for their holiday collection?

Right on the Nail ~ Probelle Nail Lacquer: Into the Blue

Probelle Into the Blue (3 coats)

Do any of you subscribe to monthly subscription boxes? This can include polish boxes like Julep, Square Hue, or Rainbow Honey. I subscribe to them on and off and usually depends on if there are any colors that interest me. I also get Birchbox and ipsy, but that is a bit more rare. When I was into ipsy a few months ago I received this color from Probelle (which is a new brand to me.) Into the Blue is a medium blue creme. It's pretty, but nothing groundbreaking. When it comes to the formula, it was really thin and watery which made for a difficult application. And it was pretty sheer. So yeah, it was watery and sheer. These retail on their website for $6, and considering the entire ipsy bag costs $10 with several other samples, I'm still happy ipsy included this color. Do you think you will look into Probelle for other colors?

Right on the Nail ~ Polish 'M Retiring Core Collection Swatches and Reviews: Class Act and Lady Liberty

Hi guys! Gah, I'm going to Cambodia next week! I can't believe the time has flown by so quickly (the holidays will do that to you). This weekend I must start making posts for when I'm gone. I recently mentioned that Michelle from Polish 'M is changing how she releases her polishes. Right now you can't get Class Act (one of the colors I have to show you tonight), but she does have mystery bags on sale which could potentially have Class Act in it. The other color, Lady Liberty, is still for sale on her site, but this won't last for long. If you are interested in it, act now! Come see the swatches after the break.

Perhaps I'll eventually lose the extra pounds I put on during the holidays. Right on the Nail ~ Gilty Girl Swatches and Reviews Part I: Carousel and Supernova

*press samples*

I heard from Alanna, the woman behind Gilty Girl Cosmetics, and she wanted to know if I would be interested in trying some of her polishes, and of course I had to say yes! Alanna has had a passion for makeup for many years, and this stemmed from her mother's love of makeup. Gilty Girl has pretty much every nail polish finish you can imagine from shimmers, glitters, holos, crellies, and cremes. In total I have 4 colors to show you, and I have 2 of those to show you tonight. Follow me after the break to learn more.

Right on the Nail ~ Polish 'M Winter 2015 Swatches and Review: Home for the Holidays and Mistletoe Kisses

Hi guys! I had a great Saturday and I hope you did, too. We went to a cat show in Raleigh and there just so happened to be a huge flea market at the fairgrounds at the same time. Tonight I have the final 2 Polish 'M colors from their Winter Collection. I should mention that right now you can get 5 mystery grab bags for $25 until they run out. As I said the other day, there will be lots of changes for Polish 'M in the new year and Michelle will be starting from scratch. In addition to the grab bags, you can also buy some polishes from the winter and fall collections. Ok, now that that info is out of the way, on to the swatches...
