Happy Friday! I went to see the new Avengers movie tonight and I really liked it! Well, I think I still liked the first one better, but the first one was so good that I'm not surprised. For a second installment, it was a great movie.

Tonight I have another Chateau Macaron swatch called Summer Sorbet. It's a matte pastel orange with orange shimmer. I found the shimmer in this one to be more apparent compared to Did You Say Peppercorn?! Unfortunately I found the application to be more cumbersome as well. One recommendation they give is to use a quick dry topcoat to speed drying and stop any denting and then to add a matte topcoat. I didn't try this method, but I'm considering it because I love these matte pastel polishes. How would you recommend applying them?
