Eww, today has been full of rain and cold. I know I shouldn't complain because spring is officially upon us, but I just can't help myself!

Onward and upward through the Casual Cool Morgan Taylor collection with a nude that comes eerily close to my skintone that you can now call me Doll Hands. I actually don't mind that it's that close to my coloring because I like having a palate cleanser now and again. I'm used to Morgan Taylor polishes being opaque in 2 coats, but New School Nude needed 3 coats due to it being a crelly. Otherwise the formula was fine.

The second color is slightly too bright to be a pastel, but it's still a delicate yellow with very fine microshimmer if you look very closely. You know what I always say, if nobody else can see it, and only I can when it's up to my nose, there's no reason for it to be there. Nonetheless, it's a nice addition to my rather smallish yellow collection of colors. This one was a bit of a pain to apply, but that's no surprise to anyone. I needed 3 coats, and I would recommend waiting a minute or 2 before applying more coats (which I didn't do, unfortunately).

You can find Morgan Taylor polishes at professional beauty stores (e.g. Cosmoprof) and salons nationwide for $8.50. I looked at their website and it seems like you can order directly from them, but I don't know if you have to be a professional or not to order. It's worth a shot though.
