Fair Maiden Polish 2016 Feline Catty Collection Swatches and Review: Dinah and Duchess

Hi guys, TGIF! It's late, but I wasn't going to let you down again by missing another day of blogging. I usually come home from work on Fridays and take a nap with my husband. Do we usually sleep too long? Of course, but that's great thing about having animals and no kids. Tonight we are continuing the Feline Catty collection, and I hope you enjoy them. I have swatches from the Zoya Winter collection, Paint Box Polish, or Polished for Days I could show next week. Leave me a comment and let me know what you'd prefer first.

Fair Maiden Polish Dinah (2 coats)

The polish Dinah is inspired by the cat from Alice in Wonderland. I wasn't a big follower of Alice in Wonderland when I was a kid (or any of the other versions that have come out) so I don't remember Dinah. It's a cute cat though, right?

Dinah the polish is a hot pink color with a strong purple and turquoise shimmer. You can really see the shimmer in the bottle on the second picture, but it's really apparent on the nail in real life. I love pink polishes, and I love shimmers, so I think you know how I feel about this one. It was very opaque and applied well in just 2 coats.

Fair Maiden Polish Duchess (2 coats)

Dutchess is the cat from the Aristocats which I don't remember anything about. My husband said he liked the movie as a kid and remembers Dutchess. Do you notice a theme here? Yeah, I need to watch some Disney movies over the Holiday break. If you're like me and don't remember Dutchess, here she is:

Very dainty and elegant! The polish is a purple scattered holo with microshimmer and flakes, and silver holo particles. Despite the chunkier look to this polish, it wasn't really textured and only needed 1 coat of topcoat. The formula was great and needed just 2 coats for full coverage.

The collection is still available now and the polishes cost between $9 and $10. Also, between 11/25-11/28 Fair Maiden will have $5 door busters, free shipping with $50 spent, and a free polish with the purchase of their Winter Collection.
