More Zoya Swatches and Reviews: Flynn, Josie, Lotus

Hi guys! I was traveling for work again this past week and I'm still feeling the exhaustion. This time I was in Texas and I was lucky enough to see my mother and sister-in-law! I don't get to see them often, so it was great to visit with them after work. Oh, and I hope all my readers in Texas and the Southeast are safe and sound from the recent hurricanes. My thoughts are with you during this tough time. On a lighter note, I have a few more random swatches from classic collections from Zoya. I'm still working my way through the latest Sophisticates Collection for Fall 2017, but it will be up in a week or 2. Shall we get to some reviews?

Zoya Flynn (3 coats)

Up first we have 3 coats of Flynn which is a caramel brown creme. I thought this would work with my skintone, but in the end, it gave me lobster hands. I think I just need something a shade lighter or darker. The formula and application were smooth and easy.

Zoya Josie (2 coats)

How did I not already own Josie? It comes from the 2013 Stunning Collection and is a medium grassy green creme. It's bright, but very wearable at the same time. It applied well in 2 coats and it self-leveled nicely.

Zoya Lotus (2 coats)

This is 2 coats of Lotus from the 2012 True Collection which is a dusty blue-toned purple with lots of magenta and gold microflakes/shimmer. It's sort of similar to Tru from the same collection, but it's more of a true purple. This is my favorite of the 3, and you should definitely get it during the next Zoya sale.

Zoya polishes retail for $10 and you can find out more about them on their websiteFacebookTwitter, or Instagram pages. These may not be in your local Ulta store, but you can find a nice selection of others to see before you buy.
