Stella Chroma Summer Diversions Wild Blooms and Stella Chromatics Group Custom

Hi guys! I found out that my sister-in-law's father passed away suddenly this weekend and they've been in my thoughts since. I'll likely be spending the weekend in TN with family as everyone tries to cope with the loss. I know it's a sad way to start off a blog post, but I feel like all of you are friends that go through the highs and lows with me. Tonight I have 2 Stella Chroma polishes to share with you, and both are very special colors. Pam rebranded about a year ago, and she's been knocking her PPU colors out of the park (also with her sugar scrubs). In case you didn't know, they promote STEM careers for girls, and donate a portion of proceeds to a different non-profit each quarter. One of the colors I have to show is currently out-of-stock, but Pam reassured me that she's just waiting on pigments and it should be back in stock in about a week. Without further ado, let's look at these beauties!

Stella Chroma Where the Sky Meets the Ocean (3 coats)

First off, my photos just cannot do these justice. There's a sparkle and depth to these that cannot be captured with a camera. Where the Sky Meets the Ocean is a bright blue jelly base with green/yellow Aurora shimmer and green/yellow UCC flakes. I used 3 thin coats for swatches, mostly due to the jelly finish. It applied perfectly, and dried with minimal texture. This one is an exclusive to the Stella Chromatics Facebook Group members, so make sure to join before purchasing. It will be available until Labor Day (Monday, Sept. 3rd).

Stella Chroma Wild Blooms (3 coats)

I couldn't stop taking pictures of Wild Blooms! Every angle gives you a different look. This is the one that is currently out-of-stock to return in about a week. It's an eggplant jelly base with green/yellow Aurora shimmer, multi-colored UCC flakes, and a bright blue flash at extreme angles. I wore this one for about a week (shocking, I know), and it held up extremely well with minimal tipwear. I don't often get to do longevity tests, so I hope this helps you a little bit. Again, I used 3 thin coats for full coverage, and it basically applied itself.

These are $12 each, but there are some discount codes floating around for 15% off. I believe I used the one from Cosmetic Sanctuary. I absolutely loved both of these and they are definitely unique to my collection.
