Sally Hansen Hot Pink (2 coats)

Hot Pink is another Sally Hansen Color Quick  Fast Dry Nail Color Pen. I reviewed Midnight (a dark blue shimmer) last week and I loved it. Unfortunately this one was harder to apply. It is a really fun Barbie pink creme, but the polish would dry on the brush and when I would try to apply another coat it would clump up some. You can see my issue in the picture above (yes, my middle finger is really messed up).
