Orly Wild Wisteria vs Zoya Pinta

Orly Wild Wisteria (2 coats)

Left: Orly Wild Wisteria Right: Zoya Pinta

Index and Ring fingers: Orly Wild Wisteria Middle and Pinkie: Zoya Pinta

Wild Wisteria comes from the Orly Spring Bloom Collection which is out now. It is a very dark purple creme with lots of blue in it. In the bottle it looked a lot like Zoya Pinta so I decided to do a side-by-side comparison. As you can see from the picture, they are definitely dupes. I really couldn't tell much of a difference on the nail or in the bottle. Both polishes have two coats and the only real difference in application is that the first coat of Pinta was a bit streaky, but after two they are exactly the same. This is a great polish, but if you own Pinta I wouldn't bother with Wild Wisteria.

Great comparison!

Maybe it is the lighting, but to me the Zoya polish appears to be a much lighter blue than the Orly when on your nails.

Hey Julie! The photo you think is just the Zoya is actually both the Orly AND the Pinta (check out my caption and it will make sense hopefully!) I tilted the nail toward the light so it seems a little brighter in the comparison picture. Thanks for bringing that up!

Which one would you recommend?

Well, you may still be able to find Wild Wisteria from Sally's so if you are in the US, you don't have to make a special order from Zoya. But if you are going to make a purchase from Zoya anyway, I think Pinta had better application. I hope that helps!
