Morgan Taylor Fall 2016 Sweetheart Squadron Collection Swatches and Reviews: Looking For a Wingman and Oh, Para-chute!

*press samples*

Hi guys! Long time, no post! I was traveling for work from Tuesday until today, and was unable to get a post up before I left. I had a great time at the Dallas Pen Show and even got to visit my in-laws (it had been way too long since I had seen them). I definitely need to have a new Nibs & Nails this week, so make sure to stay tuned later this week.

In the meantime, I have the fall collection from Morgan Taylor to share with you. I'm still trying to play catch-up from being away this weekend, so I have just 2 of them to show tonight. The Sweetheart Squadron is inspired by the the female pioneers in aviation. They don't mention any specific names, but I can imagine Amelia Earhart is one of them. Before I made this post, I looked up other important women in aviation, and I encourage you to do the same (I recommend the WAI website). Shall we get started?

Morgan Taylor Looking For a Wingman (2 coats)

Shall we start with my least favorite of the collection? Most fall collections include a deep berry creme, and here you go. I mean, there's nothing wrong with it, but it's not the most unique color in the collection. On the bright side, the formula was pretty good and needed just 2 coats in the photos above.

Morgan Taylor Oh, Para-chute! (2 coats)

Ok, now on to my favorite color of the collection! Oh, Para-chute! is a dusty sage green creme and I think it's gorgeous. It's not too dark, but at the same time, doesn't lean towards being a pastel. Other than not being the best at self-leveling, I found the formula to be pretty good in 2 coats.

What do you think so far? Morgan Taylor polishes can sometimes be hard to find, but you can finally buy them online without a license from Loxa Beauty for $9.00 each (hint, some of the polishes are on sale for as low as $4.25). The collection was also released in mini bottles, and you can buy the set of 4 for only $15. You can keep up with Morgan Taylor on their FacebookTwitter, and Instagram pages as well.

*These polishes were provided by the company or PR representative. All reviews are based solely on my opinion. For more information, please see my full disclosure at the bottom of the site*
