Noodles Nail Polish Swatches & Reviews: Don't Waste Your Wishes, Resting Grinch Face, and Seeing is Believing

Hi guys! It was a quiet week on the blog last week, but things should be ramping up again soon. I've got the Zoya Spring Collection finished as well as a bunch of March's PPU shades to show you very soon. My father-in-law was in town for a few days, other than that, I've just been busy working. I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. As you guys know, I've been blogging for Noodles Nail Polish for a bit over a year. The colors I have to share with you tonight are ones that I purchased myself during their most recent sale. I used a peel-off basecoat for all of the polishes to make removal easier since all of these are glitter heavy. If you want to keep the polish on longer, I recommend using the foil method. To smooth out the glitters, try to use a thicker topcoat, or 2 coats of a thinner one. With that said, shall we get a closer look at these?

Noodles Nail Polish Don't Waste Your Wishes (2 coats)

Up first is Don't Waste Your Wishes which is a blue crelly with purple microflakes, gold/purple holo microglitter, and pink/purple/copper shifting shimmer. The blue, gold, and purple are the most prominent colors in this one. This one was extremely opaque and needed just 2 thin coats for full opacity.

Noodles Nail Polish Resting Grinch Face (3 coats)

Sure, Resting Grinch Face was inspired by the Grinch, but I could totally see this as a Valentine's Day polish with the addition of the hearts. Speaking of hearts, I had no issues with getting enough on the nails. There was no fishing for glitters, but if you think some of the larger glitters may have sunk to the bottom of the bottle, pop the polish upside down for about 30 minutes to resuspend. This one is a white crelly base with circular neon green glitter, small red hearts, red, green, and silver hexagonal glitter. I used 3 thin coats for my photos, but you may get away with 2 with thicker coats.

Noodles Nail Polish Seeing is Believing (3 coats)

I really wish I was able to capture Seeing is Believing in sunlight because it is blinding. It's a full coverage silver flakie/microglitter polish with a small amount of red and green glitters mixed in. This is another holiday-inspired polish that could be used all year around. The red and green glitters are just sprinkled in, so it doesn't scream Christmas to me. The great thing about this one is that it's opaque and doesn't need to be sponged on. I used 3 thin coats, but you could get away with 3 thicker ones.

Oh I just love Natalie's polishes! They always apply like a dream, and are extremely unique. Don't Waste Your Wishes retails for $10, while the other 2 are just $9.50. You can find out more about Noodles Nail Polish on their websiteInstagram pageFacebook page, and Facebook Fan Group.

What's the foil method? I love these Noodles polishes (and other glitter heavy ones) but I do spend an excessive amount of time trying to get all the sparkles off my nails no matter how many base coats I put down. Help me, Oh Wise One!!!

Hey Ana, here's a link to show you exactly what to do! This makes removal lots easier, but make sure to use ample cuticle oil and lotion after you're done. http://www.lacquerheadsofoz.com/2013/03/how-to-remove-glitter-foil-method.html
