OPI What's With the Cattitude? (3 coats)
I have a brand new collection to show you from OPI. I realize this has been out for awhile, so you've probably seen swatches of these so I apologize for the lateness. What's With the Cattitude? is a bright, fun sky blue creme. While I really enjoy this polish, I don't really feel it is unique to my collection. What do you think? I had no problem with the application, but as I found from most of the collection, it isn't very pigmented and they all needed 3 coats for full coverage.
Was the movie cute? I never got around to seeing it. Until next time, don't forget a good basecoat...
