OPI Spring 2012 Holland Collection: Red Lights Ahead...Where?

OPI Red Lights Ahead...Where? (2 coats)

Eee, look at the yellow color around my nails. I blame that on China Glaze Sunshine Pop. Anyway, I'm not as much of a fan of this name as the other ones. I'm not sure I really get it. Can you enlighten me? Red Lights Ahead...Where? is a bright coral-red creme that looks beautiful on the nail. It's not unique at all, but that doesn't mean it's not pretty. I have one last polish to show tomorrow from the Holland Collection and then it's on to bigger and better things.

OK - the name comes from an area in I think it's Amsterdam where prostitution is legal. I.E. - Red Light District - if you have heard it called that...that's what the name is referring to. I did not think I liked this shade or that it was unique with ALL the reds I have - but the more I see it on blogs, the more I think I am going to pick this one up. I adore the orange "Hague" in this collection - it's one amazing orange - maybe my all time fav orange cream ever. I adore Brazilliant by Essie - but that's got a slight shimmer/frost to it, not a cream and not at all the same shade as Hague. With a lot of great red/oranges out there do I need another? I should go where they sell this and play with it on scotch tape and see if it's got a great formula. That might make my final decision if I need one more! Over all, I like this collection.
