Julep May Maven Box: Nessa

Julep Nessa (3 coats)

It's Monday which means back to the grind. It's been a muggy, rainy day today so I didn't really mind sitting in the office/lab doing some work.

Remember when I mentioned the messed up Julep brushes that came with my Maven box? Well, this is one of them with a terrible brush. Boy, I haven't had such an issue with a polish in a long time. Yellows are notoriously annoying to apply, and add an uneven floppy brush, and it was a nightmare. Maybe the application and formula was what turned me off on this polish, but I'm just not feeling Nessa at all. It looks like your pee when you take extra B vitamins. Right?! I do want to report that Julep sent 2 extra brushes this month to replace the bad ones which I really appreciate. I haven't used the new brushes to apply Nessa and I doubt I will honestly. Oh well, on to the next polish....
