Chi: Hypnotized

Chi Hypnotized (2 coats)

I just remembered that I have another Chi nail polish I need to swatch and put up! Eek! This is going to be a quick post because my nails really need some TLC tonight (mostly some filing and pushing of cuticles). You may know about Chi from their line of hair tools that contain ceramic. Their nail polish follows along these lines and have ceramic in it. Isn't that cool?! Hypnotized looks a little more blue in my pictures than it does in real life, so definitely keep that in mind. It looks so nice and has that sort of frosty/pearl finish that is really unique for the color. Overall, 2 thumbs up! There were no application or formula issues and I think the skinny oval bottles are really cute.

I'm a sucker for anything with the word "nano" on it!

Chi is definitely one of the most underrated brands. They make some pretty unique colors, I must say! And I have yet to find a Chi polish with a so-so formula.

Did it take a lot of effort to avoid brush strokes for this color? I have this in my untried stash and I'm kinda hesitant to try because of this reason. But it's such a lovely color!

Hi Belle, the brush strokes weren't too bad with this one. As silly as this sounds, the saying "Slow and steady wins the race" applies to this type of polish. I've had much worse brush strokes from a polish. Definitely take it out of your untried stash!

Thanks for the comment, Linda!

And Mike, thanks for picking this one out. There's nothing like nano technology. ;-)
