OPI 2010 Burlesque Collection: Sparkle-icious

OPI Sparkle-icious (3 coats)

I'm back to working on the Burlesque Collection and up tonight is Sparkle-icious. While I absolutely hate the name of this one (seriously OPI?) this one is a really fun glitter that has lots of gold, pink and blue hexagonal glitter. Unlike the rest of these, the mix of the three colors are pretty even and you can see all the colors. This was probably the least dense glitter I've tried from the collection and this was three coats and you can still see a few bare spots, mostly on the ends of the nails. I hope you are enjoying it! Have a great Saturday evening!

I like glitter sometimes, really. I was wearing a coat of Sinful's Nail Junkie over their Mint Apple just yesterday. But honestly? This collection is too much. Too much multi-color, too much glitter. Too much junior high. Just looking at everyone's swatches of it the last week makes me want to stuff all my glitters in the back of the bottom drawer.

Whoa! Glitter overload! I love some of the swatches I've seen from the collection, but I can imagine they'd be a nightmare to remove.
Your nails are gorgeous.

I think this one is my favorite of the glitters. I love the fact that it's noticeably multicolored.

I like this one! Makes me wanna dance :) Still don't own any OPI's, why is OPI so expensive here in the Netherlands :(

Very pretty! I haven't worn this yet, but I swatched them all on an index card, and Sparkle-icious was the least opaque for me, too. Kind of makes me wonder why they wouldn't all be the same opacity...
