Right on the Nail ~ Aliquid Lacquer Fall 2015 Incarnate Collection Swatches and Review: House of Troubles and Mercy, Mastery, Mystery

Sorry I've been MIA, but I haven't been feeling 100%. I'm not really sick, but I don't feel great either. How has your health been this year? Follow me after the break for a venture farther into the Aliquid Lacquer Incarnate collection...

Aliquid Lacquer House of Troubles (3 coats)

Upon first (and maybe even second) glance, you'd probably think House of Troubles was a black polish. Think again! It's a blackened green jelly with red glitter and gold shimmer. This color is so interesting! It will take you a full 3 coats because it's a jelly, but it is so worth it.

Aliquid Lacquer Mercy, Mastery, Mystery (2 coats)

Mercy, Mastery, Mystery is actually my #1 pick of the collection, but I'm sure you're not surprised. I don't know if I've ever met a dusty blue/grey that I didn't love. It also contains red shimmer and a mix of ultrachrome flakes. I think the flakes make this polish cost an extra $1 and that is common across most indie brands. It had a perfect formula and application in 2 coats.

The mini bottles for the Incarnate Collection retail for $4.50-$5.50 and the full-sized polishes go for $10-$12. You can find out more about Aliquid Lacquer on their websiteFacebookFacebook Group (I just joined!), Instagram, and Twitter pages.
