OPI Holiday 2012 Skyfall Collection: The Spy Who Loved Me

OPI The Spy Who Loved Me (2 coats)

Thanksgiving is almost here! I'll be traveling back to Knoxville tonight, so it will be a long night of driving, but I'm looking forward to chowing down tomorrow. If you are traveling, please be careful!

You guys know that red polishes are not my favorite. I often don't bother picking any up from new collections, but I'm glad The Spy Who Loved Me was included in the Skyfall mini collection because it is so beautiful. It is a bright red color with lots of gold shimmer that reminds me of Christmas. I think there were a few other reds in this collection, but I think this one is the best. The formula was very easy to work with, despite the tiny brush. Overall, I love this one, and I'm considering a full size bottle.

Did not know you are not a fan of red polish (till now)..but thinking of it, don't see you in reds much. I think my love affair with reds is stronger than any other shade. At one time I had more reds than any other shade..and still when I have purged my stash through the yrs, I look super hard at my reds before parting with any of them. Most reds work yr round and other than a few finishes that pass through the trends, red shades are not going to be a yesterday color like some could be. I tend to like warm reds but I wear the cool ones too. Esp love red toes! In fact I have OPI DS Indulgence on my piggies now! But then I am away from my home still in treatment so I don't have a huge selection with me. Glad you are with family and hope that your journey was safe down and same going back. I think this one looks nice on you!
