China Glaze Spring 2012 Electropop Collection: Gaga for Green

China Glaze Gaga for Green (3 coats)

Last night we went over to our friend's house to play board games, and we ended up playing one called Mansions of Madness which took 4 hours. 4 hours!! Oh, and we lost. We got home at 2 in the morning, which is really late for old folks like us :-D

Since I have been swatching long lost polishes, up next is Gaga for Green which came out this past spring from China Gaze. It's a yellow-based grassy green creme that is very pretty. I did have a bit of an issue with formula. It was thick, and I had pooling of polish in the edges of my nails. This one would definitely need thinner before using.

Don't forget to sign up for my giveaway for a new pair of Pedi-sox! I only have a few signed up, so you have a good chance of winning.

Oh my! 4 hrs is a long game...I have so few friends who want to play board games - I can go to the local coffee barista place and find some who will always play Backgammon. Good idea - I need to take some board game with me next week when I have to be back to another week long adventure in chemo land...last short week long stay before I go back in Jan for a good 6 week stay with a surgery to start it all off. I will see if I can find my magnetic backgammon board. I still love Scatagories with a roudy group of folks! This was the collection that really brought me into wearing what I used to call non traditional polish shades. I went back and found the ones I wanted from the yr before in the Up And Away collection from ChG too at that same time. Both those were good collections.
